Stranger Things: Uncle Sam's Secret Sorcerers

We've looked at the phenomenon of the Netflix series Stranger Things and its reintroduction of MK-ULTRA into the cultural conversation. Both Gordon White and I have speculated on whether the series is acting as a "limited hangout", a kind of inoculation in which a dangerous topic is explored but done so in a controlled and sanitized fashion.

But I'm starting to wonder if that analysis of the series isn't in fact missing the point: that MKULTRA is not what people should be discussing in relation to the experimentation depicted in the series but its sister program, the even more controversial and even more secretive MK-OFTEN.

Странные вещи: Дядя Сэм Секрет Колдуны


Мы рассмотрели феномен Netflix серии Странные вещи и его реинтродукции MK-ULTRA в культурный диалог. И Гордон Уайт и я размышлял о том серии выступает в качестве "ограниченного притон", своего рода прививки в который опасная тема исследуется , но сделано в контролируемой и продезинфицировать моды.

Но я начинаю задаваться вопросом , что анализ серии в действительности не хватает точки: что MKULTRA не то , что люди должны обсуждать по отношению к экспериментированию , изображенном в серии , но ее сестра программы, еще более спорным и еще более скрытным МК-ЧАСТО.
